With continued ocean and atmospheric warming, sea levels have rose up to a turning point.Air traffic has decreased and new roads have been opened across the poles. In countriesdisplaying relatively high-population-density coastal areas, where sea level plays a role inflooding, shoreline erosion, new systems have been created. The city have moved from theground to the water. The equilibrium of the elements is broken and shifts are being observed.Human live in beautiful and convenient self sufficient housing system under the sea level.
